This tea offers a harmonious combination of fruit, floral and smoky aroma and taste, which is typical for the Keemun black tea, one of the ten best known Chinese teas. The amber-coloured infusion keeps its subtlety over various quantities of tea used, the uniformity of the tea leaves together with the distinctive, typical taste is evidence of the high quality of the tea. It is a surprising phenomenon that Keemun is designated rather for export and has not gained such popularity in China itself. On the contrary it has won several awards in various locations worldwide.
Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water. Use 2,5g of tea leaves (2 full teaspoons) for 250ml of infusion. Brew the necessary quantity of tea in hot water at a temperature of 100°C (immediately after boiling) for a period of 75s for the first infusion. With every further infusion extend the brewing time by 60s. This tea is also very delicious with milk.
