Try tasting his 100% Criollo cocoa powder and you'll never want to drink an inferior product again. Many of his flavoured drinking chocolates use 50% Criollo cocoa powder for a satisfying cocoa hit. The flavours never predominate but arise slowly on the palate, melting into a perfect and satisfying aftertaste. Becks are working towards full organic and fairtrade certification, so many of he ingredients already fulfil these requirements.
